Beautifully appointed large open ranch home with 4 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, 2 living areas and an additional to play games on the tv or a quiet spot to read a book. The basement nook is great for kids to hook up their gaming systems to the tv. There is also a single cot and a blow up mattress available (blow up mattress is in closet across from the bathroom). Lower level recently finished to include a large family room with 65" tv , large bedroom, 3/4 bath, bonus nook and game room with ping pong table, electronic dart board, electronic basketball game and PacMan game. Main floor boasts a large living room with vaulted ceilings and a gas fireplace which is open to the kitchen and dining areas. It also offers a split bedroom set up with 3 large bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths and a main floor laundry. Wood floors throughout the main floor. Beautiful large, open, well stocked, kitchen with new stainless appliances, black granite counters and maple cabinets.
Vaulted ceilings and an abundance of windows make this house feel very bright and open. A 360 degree view of the woods with a beautiful fire pit and a fenced yard for your puppies or kids makes this the perfect getaway destination. Very peaceful and private setting. Enjoy the large covered front porch with comfortable lounging furniture or the partially covered rear deck with newer hot tub. Both are really nice for enjoying the wooded property and wildlife that wander through. 2 gas grills and 1 charcoal grill provided, we do not provide charcoal. They are located in the garage. Please pull out on driveway to use any of the grills. Home is beautiful, yet comfortable for the large or small group. Perfectly located less than a 5 minute drive to Douglas/Saugatuck or Fennville, wineries, orchards and local beaches. Enjoy the many fun things to do in the surrounding areas and return to the beauty and peace of the home and surroundings.
Accessible: The entry doors and main floor doorways are all wide enough to acomodate a wheel chair. There are several steps leading to the exterior doors. There is a sturdy railing on the garage steps. We keep a suctioned grab bar in the closet that can be used to access any of the showers. Master shower and basement shower have a single curb entry.
We have a new generator that powers most things during a power outage. It comes on automatically. It does not power the stove but we have an air fryer/toaster oven and an electric skillet that can be used.
